I enjoyed the four tips. When it it comes to daily planning or writing a TODO list as many call it, the ones that have a list are clearly more productivity as it becomes their home base. The last bullet you say work on a goal for 15 minutes, complete a small part of it then moving on to a task is a great idea and one that works.

I think you have a great set of blog posts here about how to be a better time manager, and what you need to consider in order to get the best job you can done! I've found that using a time clock can help me recognize how much time I am spending on each project and help me, in turn, determine how much time I should be putting aside each day for those tough projects to get them done efficiently and well. Thanks for sharing your posts!

For managing a remote working team and to time tracking TimeDoctor is a really good application as it will give you an email every day with a list of your team and what they have done, plus it lists their priorities they are working on.

Thanks for the tips! It will def help others out..

Also, another thing I do is:
Not only do I write down a list of the to-dos for the day..
I write out a time block for each so I stay on task for everything.

If you’d like a tool for managing your time and projects, you can use this application inspired by David Allen’s GTD:

Gtdagenda.com

You can use it to manage and prioritize your goals, projects and tasks, set next actions and contexts, use checklists, schedules and a calendar.
A mobile version is available too.

Employee Time Tracking Software can be the most useful tool for any company, no matters whether it is small or big. Such software will be helpful to have whole track of the employees’ attendance and can make you sure whether employees are complying the policies or not.

People always use different software and tools to make their work flow easy and systematic. Also by use of it they can do their project work accurately. Project management software reduce their work load so people feel relax about their project work. Moreover people always want to protect their important project data so it is really helpful for them.

Do you realize that you clients could assist their employee more than they can assist themselves? They have a fear of time. They worry about it. You are responsible for all their time at your work and the client at their workplace. If they don't know how their time is spent at work then that is not a good example of how they should manage their time away from work.
